Dr. Shivaraja.B.E has 19 years of teaching experience. He has completed his MA and Ph.D. from Bangalore University. He is UGC NET qualified and also a Ph.D. Research Guide registered under Kannada University Hampi. He has authored and edited several books. He is the recipient of National Award (Ambedkar Fellowship Award) and State Award (Mayura Varma Sahithya Award). He has been the resource person for several seminars in Bangalore. He is also a member of the UG textbook committee. Currently, he is working at The Oxford College of Business Management.

Ms. Chitra . D. Rao is an MBA in Finance and Human Resources from Bangalore University and has also done her MPhil from SV University. Later, she pursued her M.com from Annamalai University Tamil Nadu. She has been associated with The Oxford College of Business Management since 2008. Before joining Oxford, she worked at Ernst & Young as a Tax Analyst. She has 12 years of combined teaching and Industry experience. Her areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Organization Behaviour, Business Law, and Taxation. She has published and presented a few papers in National Level Journals.

Ms. Syalini. S is an M.Com Graduate from Mahatma Gandhi University with a specialization in Finance and Taxation. She has also qualified NET. She has started her career as working as a Tax Associate in KPMG Bangalore and also served as Team Lead in HBS PVT TD Trivandrum. Thus the corporate experience helped her to enhance more practical knowledge and later she joined as a faculty in the Department of Commerce of Union Christian College, Kerala. She has published and presented many papers at the national level.

Ms. Lakshmi C N started a career in 2018 at The Oxford College of Business Management. She has completed her MBA in Finance. Her expertise is in cost accounting, corporate accounting, financial management, and advance financial management.

Ms. Noor E Firdose has done her B.Com and M.Com degree from The Bangalore University. She has got more than 4 years of teaching experience. Her specialization is in Accounting and Finance. She has attended several FDPs and presented papers at the national level. Currently, she is working at The Oxford College of Business Management.

Ms. Musarath Unnisa. A is an Assistant Professor in English at The Oxford College Of Business Management, Bangalore. She completed her B.A in English (Hons.) from NMKRV College for Women and MA in English Literature from Maharani College affiliated to Bangalore University. Later, she did her B.Ed. from Sir Venkateshwara College of Education, Bangalore University. She is a highly motivated and ambitious teacher with 3 years of experience in teaching. She has attended many Seminars and FDP’s in her domain of expertise. Her areas of interest are in World Literature, Gender Studies, Indian Literature, and British Literature.

Ms. Fouzyn Fathima. K did her B.E in Bio-Medical Engineering from St. Peters Engineering College, Anna University and later pursued her MBA in Finance and Marketing from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Anna University. An innovative teacher who uses a blend of traditional and modern teaching tools to enhance students learning. Fouzyn has more than 3 Years of teaching experience. She has attended many FDP’s, seminars and recently attended a webinar on "Gamification Tools in Teaching" organized by Internal Quality Assurance Cell, St Xavier's College for Women. She is a versatile teacher teaching subjects like Quantitative Methods for Business, Statistics, Brand Management, Advertising, and Media Management and Consumer Behavior. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor at the Oxford College of Business Management.

Santhosh J.T. has done his graduation in BBM followed by an MBA in Finance from a government college affiliated to Bangalore University. He is NET qualified too. He teaches various subjects which includes Financial Management, Advance Financial Management, Performance Management, Investment Management, and Stock & Commodity Markets. He is a UGC NET qualified. His areas of interest are in Finance and Taxation. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at the Oxford College of Business Management.

Ms. Nidhi Singh has done BSc in Biotechnology from MLN College, Kurukshetra University, Haryana followed by an MBA with specialization in Human Resources and Marketing from Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun. Later, she completed PGD in Bio-Informatics from Rajasthan. She has qualified University Grants Commission’s National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET). Before joining academics, she worked with industry as an HR Executive for 3 years. She is a passionate and live-wire teacher who adopts various interactive teaching methods. Nidhi has completed Intellectual Property Rights Certification (Grade A++) from KSCST, IISc, Bangalore, and also attended many FDP’s in her domain. Her area of interest is in the field of organizational diversity management and artificial intelligence. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor at the Oxford College of Business Management.

Ms. Priyanka Ganguly is working as an Assistant Professor at The Oxford College Of Business Management, Bangalore. She started her teaching career after two years of industry experience in the HR field. She completed her graduation in English (Honours) from Women's Christian College, University Of Calcutta. Later, She did her MBA with Dual Specialization in Marketing & Human Resource from EIlLM, The University of Sikkim. She has published a few papers and attended Seminars and FDP’s to enhance her teaching-learning skill. She handles subjects like Business Regulations, Productions & Operations Management, and Managerial Economics.

Ms. Kavitha Rajaram is a graduate in Management followed by a Post-graduation in M.B.A with Systems specialization from Madurai Kamaraj University. She has 9 years of teaching experience and 2 years of corporate experience. Her areas of expertise are Computer Application in Business, E-Business, Human Resource Management, and Business Management. She has attended and presented papers at national and international conferences. She has also attended FDP’s and workshops. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Oxford College of Business Management.

Ms. Anuradha. H.N. is a BE. And an M. B. A(Gold medalist). She has done her engineering in Industrial and Production Engineering from VTU and MBA in Human resource Management Tumkur University. She has 2 years of corporates experience followed by 6 years of teaching experience. She has presented papers at various national and international conferences. She is a passionate teacher and involves students in various activities and thereby organized workshops and seminars. She has attended many FDP’s related to her area of interest. Her area of interest ranges from Operations Research, Production and Operation Management, Quantitative Techniques for Business decisions, Methods, and Techniques of Business decisions, International Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship and Management. She is working as Assistant Professor at the Oxford College of Business Management.

Ms.Avinash Kaur has done her B.A. in Economics from Women’s College in Tinsukia, Assam, and an MBA in Marketing and HR from Dibrugarh University. She has more than 6 years of experience in academia in the domain of Marketing and HR. She has worked on curriculum development and taught at the undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. Her areas of interest include Marketing, Economics, Business communications & Business Studies. Avinash has attended many seminars and FDP’s. Before joining Oxford, She has worked as an Assistant Professor in the Centre for Management Education, Tinsukia College. Before joining Oxford College, She has worked as an Assistant Professor in the Centre for Management Education, Tinsukia College.

Ms. Madhu R has done her B.Com from women's college with specialization in accounting followed by an MBA from KLE'S Institute of Management Studies and Research, Hubli affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Prior joining Oxford College she worked for 2 years with Global College of Science and Commerce, Hubli as lecturer taught subjects like human resources management, training, business communication, marketing management, advertising, and personality development. She has been an organizer and active participants in major institutional events. She has also attended various faculty development programs and certifications. Her area of interest includes organizational behavior, soft skills, and personality development. Currently, She is working as Assistant Professor at the Oxford College of Business Management.

Ms. Bollamma C S is a self-driven and an enthusiast when it comes to teaching and learning. She did her B.Com from St. Anne’s College, Mangalore University and a Master in Commerce from JSS College affiliated to Mysore University. She started her teaching profession in 2014 with St. Anne’s College. She has 6 years of teaching experience. She has presented papers in International conferences and has attended many Faculty Development Programs. Since 2018 she is associated with The Oxford College of Business Management as an Assistant Professor.

Mr. Sampath Kumar. C. has completed his degree in Commerce from Swamy Vivekananda Rural First Grade College, followed by an M.com in the field of Accounting and Taxation from Department of Commerce, Central College Campus, Bangalore University. He has cleared UGC-NET in the year 2018 and KSET in the year 2019. He is a Co-ordinator of the NSS program at college. He has corporate experience as Financial Process Associate in DXC (Formally known as HPE). He has attended many Faculty Development Programs and workshops. Focussing his interest and passion he has attended seminars in the field of “Intellectual Property Rights in India”, and “Quality Enhancement & Sustenance in Higher Education”. His areas of expertise are in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, International Financial Reporting Standards, Financial Management, Income Tax, and Goods and Service Tax. He is currently working as Assistant Professor at the Oxford College of Business Management.

Ms. Nidhi Goel has done her B.Com from Dyal Singh College Karnal, and anMBA in Finance & Marketing from TIMT College, Affiliated to Kurukshetra University. She is a teacher with immense Zeal and makes the session interesting and engaging for the students. She has cleared UGC-NET exam with JRF in Management. Before joining academia, she has worked for Ernst & Young, an auditing firm. She teaches subjects like Stocks & Commodity Market, Income Tax, and Investment Management. Currently, she is associated with The Oxford College of Business Management as an Assistant Professor.

Ms. Thanvi kuttaiah did her Bachelor of Commerce from St. Joseph’s degree college, Mysore, also completed Post-graduation in Commerce with specialization in cost management from Manasagangotri, University of Mysore. Later have done a post-graduation diploma in Human Resource Management from Bahadur Institute of Management Science. She is a student-friendly and approachable teacher who spends a lot of time guiding and mentoring students. Currently working with the Oxford College of Business Management as an Assistant Professor.

Ms. Sowmya N is a commerce graduate from NMKRV College of women, Bangalore University and an M.com from Central College, Bangalore University in the area of Accounting and taxation. She has qualified NET and KSET in the year 2017. She has a passion for teaching subjects like Accountancy, Taxation, and Finance and had been teaching at different levels for undergraduates and post-graduates. Sowmya has participated in various seminars, workshops, and FDPs. For the past two years, she is associated with The Oxford College of Business Management as an Assistant Professor.

Ms. Leena T.G holds graduation in B.Com from St Philomena’s College and post-graduation in Commerce from St Agnes College affiliated to Mangalore University. She is a committed lecturer with over 5 years of experience in teaching and assessing students’ course work, providing mentoring, and support to students. During her 5 years in teaching she was associated with Mahatma Gandhi memorial degree college, Coorg and Lorven educational centre in Bangalore. She has presented and published many research papers in national and international journals in her areas of specialization. She has also participated in several FDP’s and her area of interests are Financial Management and Cost Accounting. Presently, she is working as Assistant Professor at The Oxford College of Business Management, Bangalore.

Ms. Bhargavi Iyer BS completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore and M.com with specialization in accounting and taxation from SSMRV College affiliated to Bangalore University. She has undergone Faculty Development Programs and seminars related to her stream. She can fill various roles to collaborate effectively with the students in enhancing their learning skills. Presently, she is working as Assistant Professor at The Oxford College of Business Management, Bangalore.

Mr. Kumar N is an M.com graduate from Central College, Bangalore University in the area of Accounting and taxation after completing his B.Com from Swami Vivekananda first grade college, Bangalore University. He not only makes learning goal-oriented but also instills a growth mindset. Apart from being contemporary in subjects, he is a prepared teacher. He has participated in various seminars, workshops, national and state-levels FDPs in various capacities. Kumar is presently working as Assistant Professor at The Oxford College of Business Management, Bangalore.

Mr. Jaisimha D S started his career in corporate and had been working for over 12 years in Marketing and Human Resources. His experience is spread across different verticals of Consumer durables, FMCG, BFSI, IT, and ITES focussed in strategy formulation, decision-making, and building team capabilities for the organizations involved. He had been a part of Onida, Olympus Lifts, ICICI NRI Banking & Insurance, Microsoft and the list goes on. He started his academic stint as a visiting faculty who taught Marketing and HR subjects in various colleges in Bangalore. He holds a BBM from Bangalore University and MBA from Visveswariah Technological University. He is also a trained professional in SAP XI (Exchange Infrastructure) & POS and holds a Diploma in Human Resources. He is a passionate teacher and an avid learner who loves to be with the student community, continuously motivating and nurturing them. Since January 2015 Jaisimha is associated with The Oxford College of Business Management as an Assistant Professor and later took over as the Head of the Department of UG Studies. His experience adds value to teaching and also in day to day administrative work. Apart from the administrative work, he is also involved in teaching students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He teachers a variety of subjects including Marketing, Human Resources, Organization Behavior, International Marketing, Strategic management, Retailing, and Branding. He has presented and published a few papers in the national and International Journals.

Mr. Abdul Subhan has done his B.Com and M.Com from Al Ameen Arts, Science, and Commerce College, affiliated to Bangalore University. He has zeal in academia and that helps him thrive in this field. He has 4 years of teaching experience. His area of interest is in accounting and taxation. He updates his teaching-learning skill by attending various Faculty Development Programs. He is student-friendly and committed teachers who build a good relationship with students that are based on trust, expertise, and respect. He is presently working as Assistant Professor at The Oxford College of Business Management, Bangalore.

Later she did her post-graduation in MBA with finance and HR specialization from the Oxford College of Business Management, Bangalore University.
