COURSES OFFERED AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
UG MICROBIOLOGY
The Following combinations are offered as a three year program -
- C. Z. Mb. - (Chemistry, Zoology and Microbiology)
- Bc. Z. Mb. – (Biochemistry, Zoology and Microbiology)
- Gt. Mb. Bc. – (Genetics, Microbiology and Biochemistry)
The eligibility for the B.Sc. course will be a Pass in PUC/10+2 or equivalent Examination with PCB/CBZ.
POST GRADUATION IN MICROBIOLOGY
M.Sc. Microbiology is offered which is a two year program. The eligibility will be a B.Sc. Degree of any Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Science with 50% marks in aggregate. B.Sc. Honours in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology or Biology with 50% marks in aggregate in all optional. Graduates in Bachelor of agricultural science, Dairy sciences, Horticulture, Forestry, Fisheries, Pharmacy, Medicine, Dental, Biotechnology and Agricultural Engineering.
