The Oxford Group of Institutions, Bengaluru, running in its Golden jubilee year in 2023 has been known for its quality education and holistic development of Students.
The Oxford College Of Law, HSR Layout, Bengaluru was established in the year 2003 and offers 5 year BALLB, BBALLB and 3 year LLB courses with a noteworthy infrastructure and well qualified faculty. It carries a legacy of 20 years of excellence in imparting legal education to the best of industry standards and requirements.
The competition shall be a perfect platform to bring together some of the most ingenious and resourceful young intellectuals from various law schools in India to take part and witness their command of advocacy and research skills which will be judged by an authoritative and expert panel. Proposition for this moot court has been calibrated to test the analytical abilities of the students to the novel and emerging area of law in the field of Intellectual Property Rights.
