The college is affiliated to Karnataka State Law University,Hubbali,Karnataka and approved by Bar Council Of India, New Delhi.
5 YEARS B.A.,LL.B and B.B.A.,LL.B
Duration of the Course:
The duration of the course, leading to B.A., LL.B/ B.B.A., LL.B shall be of X (Ten) Semesters (5 years).
The Law degree shall be obtained after undergoing a regular course of study for a minimum period of five years, (10 Semesters). The last six months of the IV & V years of the law course shall include a regular course of practical training. Every Student must do an internship for a period not exceeding 4 weeks at a strech, per academic year (2 weeks after each semester exams)
A student who successfully completes X semesters shall be eligible for the award of BA,LL.B./B.B.A.,LL.B
The teaching and instruction shall be in accordance with the Bar Council of India rules.
All the above features have been incorporated in the syllabus approved by the Karnataka State Law University.

Scheme of Examination:
For 5 years Integrated law courses as well as for 3 Year law course
There shall be University Examinations at the end of every six months. The examination fee shall be as prescribed by the Karnataka State Law University. The examination pattern is 80-20, where 20 marks is for Internal assesment and 80 marks are for theory exams conductrd by the University.
NOTE
No candidate shall be declared to have passed examination of any semester unless he/she has obtained a minimum of 40% of marks in each paper .
The Syllabus:
The Syllabus shall be prescribed by the Karnataka State Law University from time to time.
The Board of studies shall periodically review the syllabus and recommend such changes as it considers necessary.
