All the 'Schools,' 'Colleges,' 'Hospitals,' and 'Hostels' of The Oxford Educational Institutions called as “TOEIs” under the aegis of the Children’s Education Society® registered under The Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 having its administrative office at CA Site No 40, 1st  phase, J P Nagar, Bengaluru-560078, hereby undertake the following:

The Institutions will make reasonable efforts to keep the information on its website(s), https://theoxford.edu accurate and up-to-date. The content on the website is provided solely for informational purpose and is subject to change or removal without prior notice. Visitors and users must independently verify the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of any information before deciding to act on it for further proceedings unless otherwise stated, the information may not represent the official statements or views of the Institutions.

The examination results uploaded on the website are provisional and not final. However the official marks for a student will be those recorded on the official mark sheet or statement of marks issued to the student.

Refunds

Online payments made through a payment gateway to TOEIs for any purpose (e.g., admission, tuition fees, hostel fees or event registration) are non-refundable and not adjustable for any duplication of transactions or unless explicitly stated for a specific payment instance. For any refunds necessitating due to any bank-related issues, the concerned bank must be contacted for dispute resolution. The Institutions is not liable for any bank-related issues.

Non-Transferable

Right to use the site is non-transferable. Any password or right for obtaining information or documents is not transferable.

Use of Information

We Reserve the right to authorize to use and assign all information regarding the site and all information provided in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

The source code of the website generated shall not be translated to any other languages or form and the rights, copyrights shall be the sole property of the TOEIs.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru for Arbitration by appointing sole Arbitrator with mutual consent of both parties.

Terms of Use

The Students/Parents/Guardians/Wards or any other person/s making payments to the institute in respect of Fees/Hostel Fees etc., through Payment Gate Way Service will abide by the following terms,

  • Agree/accept the services provided by COM LIMITED as aggregator to carry out payments to Institutions’ accounts
  • No objection whatsoever to the online payment facility providing billing details to the institute.
  • The institute will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the payment details, but shall not hold the institute responsible for any loss, damages, etc., incurred or suffered if the information turns out to be inaccurate or incorrect due to any sort of technical errors.
  • Agree that any disputes regarding payment details will be settled directly with the institute, with the responsibility limited to the matter of issue only.
  • Agree that the record of the instructions given and transactions with the institute shall be the proof and binding for all purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceedings.
  • Agree that charges, if any, for the online payment services will be at the sole discretion of the institute, and the institute is at liberty to vary the charges from time to time without notice.
  • Agree that the institute has the right to withdraw the online payment facility or any services provided under it, for any or all account(s), without assigning any reason, and without prior notice.
  • Agree that if a payment is made twice for a single transaction. The refund for the duplicate amount of transaction will be made within 10 to 12 working days via the same payment method.
  • Agree that surcharge amounts will not be refunded or reversed.
  • Agree that the amount that is paid through the system is non-refundable and the transaction cannot be cancelled, in case a refund is necessary, a claimant need to visit the institute and contact the accounts department for further procedures. If the institute authorities agree to a refund, the refund will be initiated and process via the same source within 10 to 12 working days.

Present charges applicable for payment made through Payment Gateway:

Charges specified are applicable as at present as agreed by Aggregator and are subject to changes as and when the circumstances/regulatory guidelines/policies of different Banks warrant for that.
