ADMISSION CRITERIA

Eligibility:

• The child should get promoted from the previous class.
• The child should obtain at least 60% in the entrance test conducted by the school.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

1. Admissions will commence in the month of October every year.

2. Each applicant should register his/her name first then appear for an interview/entrance test.

3. Admissions are made on the basis of the performance of the student in the entrance test conducted in various subjects. The decision of the Principal shall be final in this regard.

4. Entrance test based on the syllabus of the classes preceding that to which the admission is sought.

5. Online application is available on the School website for admission.

6. All the particulars in the prescribed application form should be filled in correctly and duly signed by the Parent or Guardian.

• Registration for admission does not ensure admission.
• Entrance test is conducted before granting admission.
• Admission is granted on merit and against vacancies only.
• Incomplete application form will be rejected.
• After paying the registration fee, send the acknowledgement to the following email IDs:
  stateenglishprincipal@theoxford.edu & schoolfeecounter@theoxford.edu.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview/entrance test.

Enclosures - To be attached with Application

• Copy of the Corporation Birth Certificate
• Copy of Marks Card from Previous Class
• Supporting Document for SC/ST/OBC Candidates
• Copies of PAN Card and Aadhaar Card (for both parents and the student)
• Original Transfer Certificate (generated by SATS) to be submitted during admission
• Four Colour Passport Size Photographs (affix one in the application)
